God comes first and then your spouse and family pulls a close second and then your church or ministry remember God gave you the blessing of your family and their love to help with your ministry and your ministry to others should not shortchange your love and care for them.
otherwise your children will resent God for taking your time and attention away from them and giving it to strangers and I don't think that is what God intends for His church and pastors to do. (one of the guest speakers at the church told us this)welcome to cc
