I am a 26yo wife and mother - currently struggling greatly in my marriage/family life. But God never leaves me and I decided to join to see if I could get positive interaction and meet new people. I work for a church in childcare. I have a 3 yo girl who gets to go with me to work .. a relatively new job. Been at home with her since I had her. Learning much growing much though I'm in the midst of a lot of pain... 2 Cor 12:9-10 ..Rom 5:3-5

Sorry to hear about the hardships that you are going through. Hopefully your husband is a Practicing Born Again Christian.
If so!... May be worth for the both of you!.. Coming to a real grasp/mindset that the Bible is True and Correct in all of the teachings.

I like to reflect on GALATIANS 5:16 - 5:23 . Life by the Spirit!..
Live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other,so that you do not do what you want.

5:19 The Acts of the Sinful Nature are obvious:
Sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, envy, drunkenness, and the like.

The fruit of the Spirit!..
Love, joy, peace, patience, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.

We all have the choice to walk in the Spirit, Or walk in the sinful nature of the flesh. We can do only our part. I would think showing your husband GALATIANS 5:19- 5:22. He and You both then knowing of Gods truth in this matter. You can then both choose to walk in the Spirit. Even make that a goal. I would hope you could find some comfort in knowing of this one Biblical opposing force we all struggle with at times, if not always for some.

Thank you very much Trailblazer. He says he is (born again) I believe he is. I have had my doubtful moments because he's hurt me so much. Mostly with word currently more and is claiming a divorce is coming yet also claims he won't file, very confusing. Yet I've done and thought things I shouldn't as well. I posted in "prayer requests" regarding the most current trials in more detail if you care to read more and pray specifically.

If there is one thing I know more than anything it's that I am a sinner saved by grace. God truly draws close in times of deep pain. I would not call on Him so much if I was content here. So currently not content at all. :) Job, King David, Solomon, of course Christ Himself - all have great words of comfort when it comes to suffering and trials.
