I baked a chocolate cherry loaf with cranberries yesterday... cranberries, cherry pie filling, chocolate chips,
applesauce instead of oil, cocoa powder, stevia oriented sweeteners, vanilla and almond flavouring... yum!
I brought it to work with me today so I won't have to eat it all by myself .:unsure::giggle:. It had been a long time since I'd baked a cake...

I had bought a loaf pan not too long ago, Christmas-themed, on sale, golden coloured and non-stick,
so was happy to try it out, and discovered that the loaf baked more evenly in it than in my Pyrex loaf
pan .:D. I enjoy baking bundt cakes also, and just posted some of them in another thread...
