Hi this is my third day on the site. Just wanted to say hi and tell u a bit about myself. I LOVE a great laugh and hang out with mates. I'm very quiet around people i dint know very well or not close to because I have trust issues (through God I'm getting through it though), but to my close buddys i can sometimes be a bit too random and a bit too loud. I can write and talk a lot on the internet though.
I love music, christian like Hillsong united, Red, Tim Hughes etc and also mainstream music like DragonForce, Muse, Green Day, Nickelback, The killers, Lostprophets, Pendulum etc. Basically all music that have good lyrics and sound awesome.
I love a good christian discussions/debate. Jesus is my rock and I will be were He wants to be, go were He wants to me go, to be His hand and His feet. To spread the gospel to all my friends and glorify His name and worship Him.
Anyway this is my testimony
I have been christian for to years. before i absolutely hated God and all religions. I blamed God for the chaos in the world and thought, if God is all loving and powerful, why dose he allow all the death and destruction. I starter to get depressed and thought suicidal thoughts. I had this black hole inside of me and filled it with fast, angry satanic heavy metal. It filled the hole inside of me for a whilst i was listening to it, but after the music stopped it came back.
Then I started a new year at college and i met a good friend. He was fun, happy and full of life. After a week of knowing him, he told me he was a christian out of the blue. I was so shocked that someone as fun as him could be a christian. I thought that they were these boring, do gooders that were no fun.
Me and my friend began to talk about Christianity bit by bit. The more i questioned him, the more interested i became. Then one day, the day I became christian, we were talking about how much God loved me, I felt this warmth that went into my stomach and through my whole body. The black hole inside of me was filled with the light of Jesus and I somehow knew that it was never going to go away!!!
That is the day I gave my life to Jesus and I have never looked back. My faith and love for God is growing by the day and I am becoming more like Jesus.
So if there is anyone out there that has given up all hope about a friend or family member not turning to Jesus, hope is not lost. If He can save me from it, he can save you. God loves a challenge and to bring darkness, hate and chaos into light, love and order. God is awesome isn't he
