Which church should I join?

I'm about to graduate high school and I am going to leave the LDS church because I don't believe in it anymore. (Please no Mormon hate on here). Because I was told it was the only true church but i don't think it is, which church is?

You should find a church that preaches the truth. That Jesus is our Lord and Savior, he is the only way to our Heavenly Father, and that everyone in that congregation abides by the word of God.

Hey, welcome. Yeah that is a big transition definitely. Most people have vastly different views on this, but I'm going with MartyrNdaMaKn on this. Try to find a church that is preaching the truth, but at the end of the day know that the church isn't just supposed to be a building or a denomination. It's supposed to be a group of people getting together to serve and worship God and to strengthen and encourage one another. Visit a few, read your bible. If you're going to college after high school (which, if you're not that is perfectly fine) check to see if they have a Christian fellowship like Intervarsity where you can get together with other believers. It's so often the case that we focus on the splits in between denominations instead of unity in Christ, so I guess what I'm trying to say that one or another church isn't necessarily going to be more right as long as they are grounded in God and God's word. No church doctrines are going to be completely perfect, so definitely keep the focus on the Bible and prayer even when you find a good one as you take in the message. I'm sorry, that was awfully wordy. I hope we can be a community that can help you and encourage you as well. :)
