I think that you get what you paid for. True love for a spouse comes from God. You receive this love in your heart and then you give it to your spouse. You are a married man. If you want true love in your life you must pray for this love to be given to you so that you may give it to your wife. At that point you will feel the love that she has in her heart for you. My advice is to take her hand and pray for this type of love together that comes only from God.
My question is does your wife love you? If the answer is yes then I would seek counseling to try and repair this lack of love of course praying first would be the better start, but counseling would not hurt either. Other wise if you say yes she loves you then you would break her heart. We can't tell you why you don't love her. But I would certainly take this in prayer to God and ask Him to give you love for her.
Hello and welcome to Christian Chat. It is difficult to answer your question without more facts, however I don't think anyone could tell another person why they didn't love someone. Have you ever just sat down and talked with your wife? That might be a good place to start. Also pray to the Lord for guidance. If your wife is a Christian and you are a Christian then I'm sure that both being Christian people you may be able to find things that you share in common that would enable you to perhaps find that spark that you need right now. As I mentioned it is so difficult to give you any answers without knowing more facts so talk to other people on the site and I'm sure if you give some more facts people will be able to help you easier.
