Hi Miri welcome back ...did you notice the new paint in here nice huh?...Well since you're a vet. from here, maybe you can help me..they say there is gold hidden in these here walls somewhere, you being here when they hid it , you might be able to show me some Golden items, even if it's labelled "wisdom"..It's nice to meet you. Blue - the avatar is part of my collection of CC teapots. Got to have a cuppa in the morning.
Slave - there is indeed gold in those there hills but like anything worth while, it takes time to find it and dig it out. The last year or so has been really challenging and still is. But God has seen it all and spoken to me in the most amazing ways. Praise God He knows all about our circumstances nothing surprises Him or is too difficult for Him.
One thing He has shown me is that I can spend too much time fighting my own battles so that I close the doors to Him.
There are times when I need to pray, sit back and turn it all over to Him to work on my behalf. Not only is He more capable of dealing with situations better than I can, but I can then really say, look that was God.
Oh but it's so tempting to keep wanting to be in the driving seat!
