Hello. I'm seeking for an online community of Christians who could patiently walk with me in following Jesus. I feel like I have taken a sharp turn of neglect in my personal time with God because of my work status and everything that comes with it; been looking for a local church here in my place of assignment for a couple of years now but I couldn't seem to find one that could help me grow proactively in my faith; I also cannot blame my work as a lady Army Officer as a reason for my weakend spiritual well being. I simply became really passive with my personal relationship with my Lord and Savior. With the relative convenience of the social media and smart phones, I really look forward to meeting bretheren who could help me walk a little straighter with my faith.

We will do what we can to encourage and pray for and with u in your faith. Its very important to first have a personal devotion with God through the Word on a daily basis that you may grow spiritually. It's good that you have recognized that it profits humanity nothing to gain the world and lose their soul.We have all struggled with this and some still struggling.
We all look forward to hearing from you. While we are gaining ground, we must take others with us.

Thank you for the warm welcome guys. I finally feel connected with fellow Christians on this site; I tried engaging in some sites that claim to be "christian community" but they all turn out to be just dating sites...haha :)

Yes, I love dogs! This one (my avatar) is my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Charlotte, first thing in the morning, expressing her heartfelt love lol! :-D So, spylady, how do you like where you are stationed? I bet it's beautiful there! Do you have any pets?

Jen, yes I love it here in Davao except for the loneliness on the side. Your Charlotte looks adorable! :) Yes, I have 4 dogs: a male mini Snauzer, male Japanese Spitz/jack russel and 2 felame Siberian Huskies...pretty good companies when loneliness strikes.

Oh yeah, my snauzer is Bagwis (filipino word for Eagle), my jap spitz is Bentehdos ( spanish for numerical number 22), my 2 siberians are Eula and Omega ;)

Hi... nice to have found this church site. I go to church as often as possible but it's nice to have other Christian friends to talk to. But I have a question n hope it's OK to ask. Do y'all believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit??
