There isn't a forum for Muslims.
There is a forum for Arab Christians, which is open for Muslims to join or visit.

If you have questions about Christianity, I'm sure the people in the Arab Christian Forum would be happy to answer your questions.

i am only here to know more about what christians think and believe and if they want to know about my faith, i will be willing to provide the info :)

It's a forum for arab christians, not for muslims.
