If you live in a state that you feel is holding fraudulent elections, leave. It really is quite simple. There is no reason to complain, no reason for lawsuits.

Imagine for a second you feel that your voice is not being heard and you feel they are telling you to shut up. Then leave. Trust me, there will be many people you can have a common sense discussion with in other states.

Instead of kicking against the pricks, why not say "everything is under the Lord's control, this election is under His control, what is He trying to tell me with this election?" Maybe He is telling you to get out just like Lot was told to get out. I'm not saying that is the case, I'm saying pray about it, open yourself to the Lord, see what He has to say.

We are ambassadors, this world lies in the evil one, it is not our home. If they do not welcome you in this city then leave and go to the next.

Suppose for example 50% of the people in NY left. NY is already a basket case, but that would be the knockout blow. Suppose only 10% left, but you lost 10% of your police, 10% of your firemen, 10% of your teachers, etc. Again, that would be a knockout blow.

What happened to CNN, did they change because people complained? No, they changed because everyone left and eventually they went broke. Same thing with Facebook.

Since I live in a red state, my vote is kind of irrelevant but I vote anyway because I want to participate

You can vote with your feet.

But I did not say that if you live in a state where the person you voted for doesn't win, I said if you feel that the process is not legitimate.

For example, I was in the Teacher's union. We were sold on the idea that the union helped us, if we needed legal advice they provided it, if we needed representation they provided it, they had our back. Then the mandates came, half, 50% of teachers were not vaccinated and didn't want to get vaccinated. If the union was legitimate they would have had our back and Deblasio's mandates would have crumpled like an aluminum can. He sprung it on us too late for school's to hire new teachers in time, and if the union had voted to just say no school's would have been a complete failure without 50% of teachers. Besides, the idea of a union is that every teacher would refuse the "mandate" regardless of whether or not they got vaccinated. But that is not what happened and it was obvious to me they had made a back door deal with the administration and they they made it very difficult on us to say no. That is what I mean by not listening to you, at that point, leave.

Facebook censored posts and it was not based on any accepted rules and regulations of the site, so again, leave.

I wanted to know what happened with the Mueller investigation that CNN had been hyping for three years, instead they seemed mum about the whole thing. They were not addressing my questions, so, leave.

But they are still evil.

That's like saying I'd vote for a demon because he's less evil than satan
I disagree, a demon is so obviously evil even those completely mesmerized would see that. But Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light. So I think what you really mean is it is like voting for Satan because he appears less evil than a demon.

Voting with your feet

I believe in this country there is a process.

1. You have questions about the election then you should push for audits, bring things to the attention of the court, bring them to the attention of the governor or AG, etc.

2. If that seems to be a dead end then by all means get involved in the process, try to be the solution, volunteer, be involved in your precinct. Maybe the real problem is they just need help.

3. You can also try to raise awareness. Perhaps the real problem is people don't understand. Movies like Absolute Proof, Rigged and 2,000 Mules explain the various ways that you feel the elections have lost their integrity.

4. There is a political process as well, you can donate, you can campaign, you can door knock, make phone calls, etc.

I think all of this is why 73% polled in exit polls said they were unhappy or angry at the direction the country is taking. However, I would expect that a 3:1 response to this question would see a huge sweep in the election. When I see Desantis pick up 20 points in Miami Dade county, when I see MTG win her election by close to this margin of 3:1 and when I see all of these MAGA candidates winning their in person vote by huge margins of 2:1 or even 3:1 it makes me wonder how the other candidate gets 80% of the mail in ballots? When Florida can count their votes the same night and all these other states take days, even a week, and even in the case of Alaska they are saying the election could take months, then I lose confidence in the process. In that case there is always option 5

5. You can vote with your feet. Leave that city/state. If 5% of the taxpayers leave a city it will be a powerful body blow to the city/state. If 10% leave it will be a knockout punch. One reason NYC has looked like a basket case of late is because so many people have fled the city. Keep on fleeing if you don't believe Hochul actually won.

Some people say that the reason Hochul won was because so many conservatives fled the state. I don't believe that. I think the appropriate concept is that "a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged". Why is NY in play this time? Because so many liberals got mugged. You even hear these liberals complaining openly about the crime in NYC. Why did they get mugged, because so many conservatives left. If more conservatives leave even more liberals will become conservative.

Gojira, being against abortion does not make one Godly. Not when those against abortion are also taking the ungodly positions of mammon worship, cheating workers, abandoning the poor sick and foreign, and embracing lies and hypocrisies.

In this case, the enemy of your enemy is NOT your friend.

I agree. Being pro-life doesn't necessarily mean a person moral
Like wanting to cut out programs that help feed people.
Granted there are some people who abuse the welfare system but there are plenty of Americans who work and do the best they can but still struggle feeding their families

You're out of this whole conversation as far as I'm concerned bro. Your positions on this topic are so foolish as to make it no longer worth my time to engage you further.

Maybe... we can discuss baseball or something. But not this.

Just a quick philosophical note:

Is "The Lesser of 2 Evils" a legitimate choice?

I'll keep this simple.
Some people argue that if you have to choose between "the lesser of 2 evils", that's not a choice at all, and you should opt out.
Legally, you can certainly do whatever you like.
But philosophically, this is just a pure logic error, a bit of overworked emotion.
Why?

3 Reasons:
1.) You aren't really "opting out" of evil: you aren't opting out in order to receive good, because you're still getting one of those evils - you're just allowing someone else to choose how bad things will be. And it might well be the "worse" of 2 evils.
This is all pretense; you aren't opting out of evil, and you certainly aren't stopping the evil. When you "pretend" to opt out, you aren't really opting out, and you aren't accomplishing anything... it's all imaginary... the EVIL STILL COMES... you're just letting someone else choose how bad it will be.
2.) The "lesser of 2 evils" is still "lesser", it is a choice for "less evil"... and "less evil" is ALWAYS a GOOD CHOICE.
It is always good to have less evil. It is literally absurd to contradict this... it is absurd, and it is unbiblical.
3.) Finally: We make the same kind of choice every day, all day long, about nearly everything in life, and it doesn't bother us at all... but it suddenly bothers us (hypocritically) when the issue is politics.
We make this kind of decision about everything in life.
There is no "perfect" anything... we often choose one thing over another because it is "less bad."
We do this all day, every day, about everything.
We do it all day, every day... and it NEVER causes us any huge moral dilemma.

Let's try a simply example:
Is your insurance perfect... did you choose it because it was perfect? So... the price was perfect, the coverage was perfect, the deductible was perfect, the multi-page set of legal stipulations and caveats was perfect, and the company is above reproach in every way, and they've never cheated anyone ever in their history? Of course not. But you still chose your insurance.

I could list a thousand examples. We constantly face various choices where neither choice is PERFECT... but we still choose.
We do this all day, every day... because it's necessary and practical.
We choose things, all day long, which are imperfect.... we CHOOSE THE THING THAT IS LESS BAD.

Yet, when it comes to politics, our moral virtue (real or imagined) works itself into such a froth that we're literally frozen with outrage... our logical mind is just stopped, stopped dead, in a catatonic state. Our brains just shut down.

Conclusion:
1.) When I am faced with a choice between something bad, and something less bad.... I'm going to chose whatever is "less bad."
2.) So is everyone else... they do it every day.
3.) But when it comes to politics, people become so emotional they turn off their rational mind... that same rational mind that serves them so well 5 minutes later when they're buying insurance.

Hey Maxwell, I would like to respond to this because I like discussing things with you because you are reasonable and not closed minded like the most.

1. First let’s discuss why not voting is better than voting in our current political climate of a 2 party system.

When I don’t vote I get to make fun of both parties because I’m not invested in either. But when I do vote for one, then I have nothing to complain about when my team lost. It’s their fault and my fault for picking them.

2. Suppose I do vote. I live in a blue state. So if I vote for Donald Orange Trump or Mickey Mouse, then my vote won’t matter because it will be invalidated by the majority or the electoral college. So why vote?

3. When the majority run things well, there’s no need to vote. For example I have moved 3 times in my life when the majority got stupid and didn’t run things well. So I’m not gonna waste my time or my children‘s lives by staying in a place where dumb majority rules and try to “make my voice heard “ or “vote’. No, I simply move to another area where the majority has not lost common sense And they know how to run things.

4. All and all voting seems a bit pointless to me in USA because you can simply choose 50 states to fit your lifestyle and live a happy life.
And when America is done totally in 50 states it’s time to move to Canada or something. :) But I don’t see that happening for centuries.
‘USA is a great place to live and it’s not so bad as people make it. There’s a lot of choices here and a lot of abundance.
Voting seems like a wasteful emotional investment in sports teams to me.

let me know what you think.
thank you.

So

You are presented with a Playboy video, which shows naked women, and a Pornhub video, which shows outright sexual intercourse.

You watch the Playboy because it is "less evil", because you think you HAVE to choose between one or the other.

Another thought

When the "lesser evil" says it is of God, when they clearly promote ungodly principles, does that not then make them the greater evil?

Choose the lesser evil if you feel you must. But don't think for a minute you are choosing the Godly path. Because God does NOT promote evil at ANY level.

Yeah since I’ve been here I’ve always liked your a-political stance and I’m with you there.
There IS Biblical precedent for abstaining:

2 Timothy 2:3 Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer.

Goes along with Ephesians 6: 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Worldly rulers will NOT defeat spiritual enemies
