Well, I've got some good new. It looks like my anxiety med is starting to an effect now. Though, I think I will get test like Imoss suggested so this fear can't be thrown in my face again.
Well I was wrong, now It's back it's even worse now... Now I'm dealing with the orginal fear, and this one now.... I just can't take this much fear anymore....

Now I'm worried about this one again...

Okay so a 4 or 5 weeks ago. I was peeing at a friends house(This was during a Bible Study), and a little bit got on the toilet seat. So I took a some toilet paper to wipe it off. But it looked like there was some blood or something red on the toilet seat, not my own. I'm not sure if the blood or what ever it was dry or not. I might have had a cut on the area or not, but I don't remember. Anyway, I'm worried. And the freaking site that I posted the original question is freaking down so I can't go back and freaking check. anyway, Could the small bit of blood gone though the toilet paper and gotten into a cut if there was one and get hiv from it? It was .25 to .5 inch in diameter when the blood was dried... I'd guess it was even smaller in diameter when it was wet. 2 of my friends from that Bible Study doesn't know of anyone in the Bible Study has HIV/AIDs, and doesn't think anyone does....

Also...

I'm worried about this fear again... I don't even know how to deal with so much fear anymore... It makes in even worse since one of my friends is engaged, while I still don't even have a have a freaking girlfriend....

You know what? I think if you take that test, you will never be over this. Perhaps this is a sign from God... delaying your test on purpose so that you will give up trying to get the test and to trust in Him instead.

Brian I dont know why you post you dont LISTEN to anyone. You just talk about how afraid you are and then when someone tells you something you brush it off like it never happened. Why do you post? Its obviously not to help yourself. Youre a broken record refusing to get fixed. I pray your doctor finds the right medicine for you.

Brian my whole life i dealt with the fear you are now, things that make no sense scared me and made others around me think i was insane..it messed with me so much when i was 19 my blood pressure went up to 182/94 i was tested for everything wth my heart brain blood nothing it was stress thats what stopped my fear was the fear of what fear can do to you.. im not sure what else wouldve stopped it for me no meds or anything helped..i guess my point is my only advice to you is next time your freaking out think about your freaking out about somthing that may not be but if you continue to freak out your 100% gonna make yourself sick..and idk about you but ill take my chances with an illness that chances are isnt an illness at all instead of 100% going to be sick cause im worrying..

I know, apparently I have a intolerance to uncertainty(Which I'd like to show you more about, but I can't find anything on the net.). Which looks like it's a major symptom of ocd. Yeah, trying to help myself out more by actually taking a look at the ocd book my psychologist told me to get....

Yeah, trying to help myself out more
That's the problem. You're not supposed to do that. You're supposed to let God do the work. You're supposed to let it all go even if you don't want to let go. In all fairness, none of us really have any control over anything not even our own thoughts.

I am asking God for help, but I think he wants to my part in getting things taken care of in the natural and he'll take care of the rest....

Yes, doing is important but he's already reached the point where the doing part is over - it's time to let God do the rest.

In Exodus 14:1-18, the Israelites were being chased after by the Egyptian army. They were not yet at the Red Sea. Moses said to the people in verse 13, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." But God gave a surprising answer. We read in verse 15, "Then the Lord said to Moses, 'Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.'" So that's what they did. They moved on toward the Red Sea. Then when they were by the sea and could go no further, Moses was able to raise his staff and stretch out his hand over the sea.

God wants you to do something. But when you get to the point where you really can't do anymore, then let go and give it to God to do the rest. I'm pretty sure dot is already at that point. He's at the sea but he won't stop. He keeps trying to wade out into the sea instead of letting God do His work.

Yeah, but I haven't gotten to the point where I can't anything anymore.

But you have -- you are fearing something that at this point and forever - you have no control over -- that is when you must let go. It is a hard lesson --one I learn each day. Start each day -- telling God -- I am your servant, your will and not my own -- just be honest and open with him --that is the first start -- He'll help you.

You have reached that point, dot. If you don't take the test, you will never find out whether you have HIV or not. So, no biggie and nothing more you can do. But if you do take the test and it comes back negative, then what? There's still nothing you can (or rather, need to) do. If it comes back positive - you have HIV - then what can you do? Absolutely nothing! So whichever way you look at it - whether it is not taking action or taking action, there is still nothing you can do to change the situation!

hows your anxiety today Brian?
It's getting back to a reasonable level, but I'm still worried about it.

btw, if you wanna how my anxiety level is doing just check out the singles forum. Usually, when I'm really freaking out about something, I'm not think about my loneliness so I don't post as much in the singles area.
