i surrendered my life to god many years ago, since then i have been up and down with my life, it has been chaos. recently i have been being convicted by god. i need to change my ways, to stop going with prostitutes, to stop drinking. to live my life right. i am an alcoholic with HIV.

i so much want god to take me now, i do not want to live in this terrible life anymore, i am scared i will go to hell if i continue.

i truly believe jesus is the way the truth and the life , i believe that in my whole heart. i have been on my knees crying and praying to god to take me back but i feel i am alone , i dont feel god is with me or helping me, i cannot change by myself i do not have the strength or the will power to change myself, i have tried but i fail all the time.

i need your prayers please

Wow fella, I am with you. I am praying for you as I write and wont stop until prompted. There are the usual things cliches people say that infuriate the situation so I am not going to say them.
Get into a quiet space alone, any where, it dose not matter if people are trying to break the door down (metaphorically), lift your arms and hold out your hands to receive.
meditate on these words "Jesus is the name above every name"
Since the creation of existence there is nothing more powerful than His name 'JESUS' and nothing gives life but 'JESUS' and there is nothing that can bring peace like 'Jesus.

skorpio, there is nothing you can do that God cannot forgive!! The fact that you can feel God convicting you is good. It means you can still hear his voice. He wants you to get right with him before you die. Ask him to take all these negatives away from you, and he will do it. I truly hope you use a condom from now on when you have sex, since you have HIV. Although if you had been using a condom all along, you would not have contracted the virus to begin with. I dont say that to be judmental but alot of people get so hot and horny, they go straight to bed and forget the protection--UNTIL they end up with a disease such as HIV/AIDS.

With Jesus nothing is impossible. No name, no person is more powerful than Jesus. I agree with bikerchaz. Reach out to Jesus right now!! You cant afford to wait another moment because time is ticking away from you. Get right with Jesus before he sends his angels to call you home to him. :)

I am praying for you too. The important thing is that you are coming back to him. Heaven rejoices when we come back to God. (Luke 15:7, Luke 15: 11-32). That's what he desires from us is to go to him acknowledging our sins and coming back to him. Even if you don't seem to feel it don't give up. Sometimes feelings, especially guilt after the initial Godly sadness can be deceiving. Jesus said we should keep praying and don't give up. If you believe God can do it, then he will. (Mathew 9: 27-29) I'm sorry you are going through this. Hang in there. Your sin isn't greater than Jesus' ability to forgive it.
