a prayer for peace and salvation

Pray for me that I find peace and love with God.
The want to give up is def. their but I know I can't ....
I always wonder how so many find peace and love with God and have all these great expierences w him etc etc....
I gotta be doing something wrong here....pray that I get it right

Andri'a, (what a lovely name!) I have prayed for you, my dear child. ♥
My own experience was that it took years for me to come to know the Lord enough to have true peace, and to know His love better. (slow learner? )
And I still haven't gotten to the point where it's my reality all the time.
I don't think you are necessarily doing something wrong, my love! Sometimes the difficulties of this life are so overwhelmingly loud. And that makes it hard to hear or see anything but them. The great experiences seem few and far between, but it's on them the Lord s-l-o-w-l-y builds our faith. Faith is a gift, but I think our flesh gets in the way of receiving it, not in a sinful way, but that the natural man can't understand it or relate to it in any way. The same goes for that peace that's so amazing we can't grasp it with our natural man.

Good for you that you know better than to give up! Cling to Him, Andri'a, and when you feel you can't hold on any longer, you will discover that it's He Who holds you, dearest. His love can't be measured or quantified in any way, because it's as infinite as He Himself.

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

I AM convinced of this for you, child. I pray you, too, will be convinced, because it's the Truth!

Andri'a, I'll be praying for you and your peace with God. We all have our times of doubt or lack of Faith but the ultimate love of God rules over everything and He protects us with His love so that we may have eternal peace with Him when we pass. Stay strong! <3 God Bless

The peace is knowing that Jesus loves you, for when He looks at you, he sees not your failings, or the many works, but simply the one He loves, you!
Rest in His perfect love that sees you as perfect always.
Scripture says, we love Him because He loved us first.

The Lord's peace be with you. I would like to share , that I often feel the same as you do. But I remind myself to give praise to the blessings that I overlook. And somehow I feel that He is with me and He never fail to come thru . So I pray for you and me that our faith will not waver. And that we learn to Trust him and keep our eyes fixed on him. Lord hear our pray. Amen

It is a daily work to find true peace in Jesus.
Get to know who you are in Christ...
And then claim the promises daily.
When doubt rises up...
Say them until you believe!!!
