Please I need your Prayer Ive been struggling emotionally lately and it affects my daily activities.I was diagnose with bi polar disorder.Ive taking my meds but it seems is not helping me.I got this feeling of loneliness,anxiety ,fear and nervousness.Sometimes it affects my relationship towards my husband .I dont want this to get worst.Please lift me up in your prayer.Mary Ann
Have you tried ECTs? They really helped me get my disorder under control. I also started eating healthy, exercising and cut out sugar and caffeine. It's amazing what a difference it has all made. I am still on antidepressants and a sleeping pill. But I got off the other three pills they had me on. Also if you drink, you would need to cut that out as well. Alcohol acts as a depressant and the sugar works as a stimulant and then depressant. Caffeine is a stimulant. None of which are good when you are trying to stabilize the moods. I am praying for you.
