Please pray for my family they are asphyxiating me with some problems I have with my body. It turns out that I can't lose weight. I've been on a diet, but I can't lose a kilogram and all my body does is gain weight, I know it is because I took some pills on 2010 and now my metabolism is messed up (I feel tired all the time, my hair used to be curly and now is straight) and I have insuline resistence. The doctors know, but my family won't believe me. They think I eat too much, but it is not true. I weight 94kg (207 lbs) now. It's abvious I have something wrong with my system. Please pray for me. ='(

Father bring back into balance Erika's metabolism, Lord give her care providers the wisdom and insight to help her.

erika , i gain in kgs somewhere around ur age . i would advise u to try to accept urself as the way u are . u may get dif advise on it , but from how i look on it i just dont recomend u to get on diet , cuz later u may get alot more kgs then u lost . its not easy , i know ... i dont have that energy that i used to have when i was in 20s lol , but i accept myself of how im now and i think ur family need to do the same ... hope there will be understanding there.... GB

I will pray for you, always know though the world may see you imperfect a lot of times, you are forever a treasure in God's eyes and He loves you just the way you are. God bless

God is the Great Healer, I think those two words in scripture, but, if they are not , well, trust me, He is :)

God bless you for coming forth and letting all we peeps know, there is power in transparency and it comes from Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Hallelujah. Praise His name. Be really close to Him now, in worship and prayer, and, thought (pray without ceasing, scripture says).

Spend time with Him , as you said, you want to work for Wycliffe, maybe this is a time God wants you work on that. Idk, just saying that it sounds like you could be asking to rest in Him more now.

He will heal you with your faith believing all-powerfully in the power of our God . The power of our God is soooo great . Greatest of all. The greatest power of all and, the greatest Love of all :)

Peace to you, ErikaY, I pray your family can understand the truth. YOu speak it from God and that will be all that matters. He is The Truth. :)

Praying for you, Wycliffe_Erika. I don't know what that feels like, but I bet Jesus felt it at some point on the cross.

I want to rephrase this part though, and, I think you could understand what I am saying from the sentence before because the 2 are contradictory sentences in nature....

Your resting in God has nothing to do with you, it has everything to do with God's plan for you. OK, the wording is this:

This is how I should have worded the 'bold' part: Idk, just saying that it sounds like HE could be asking YOU to rest in Him more now. :)

You're 25, you might want to consider having your thyroid tested. You are at that age where they start to have problems. Weight gain and tiredness are the early indicators of hypothyroidism. It is a pretty simple blood test, but left unchecked your thyroid can do some serious harm to your body.

Hi Saul_Dorian, I already did several blood tests to check my thyroid and it seems to be that I don't have anything. The only thing that I have is insuline resistence. Thank you so much for your prayers Kyouken and Pickels <3

My daughter has this as well and battles weight because of it.
The only effective way to lose weight is being active, but if you have other health issues like my daughter, this can be difficult.
There are certian foods that are really good for insulen absorbtion, nuts, peas, beans and parsly to name a few.
I figure every little bit of help one can find is a good find. :)
You continue in my prayers as I know the battles you have in this. :)
