Burnt out

Hello CC, i am extremely exhausted and burnt out and I am trapped in a vicious pattern of abstinence and then sin, abstinence and then sin, and this is really wearing me out. I have no or very little motivation to continue working and my devotional and spiritual life is tanking, please pray for me that I would get restored or get something, I am so lost.

I prayed for you brother. I might be assuming a little bit from what you wrote, but check out Freedom from habitual sin: Overeating, Pornography, Smoking, Drinking . It really is a great program. The LORD helped me through that ministry big time. They have various different free courses on there

It sounds like maybe you are trying to do to much and have burnt yourself out. Faith is more like a marathon than a sprint so pace yourself, don't do too much or too little.
