Abba, I thank You that You are always with us, and for how graciously You hear our prayers! You always answer us, too, Lord God, and You are so far above any others who have claimed to be gods. Only You do what's best for us in every situation; only You deserve all honor and glory and praise. ♥
Abba, I thank You for this lovely young woman who comes here to ask that we intercede for her Aunt. Thank You for the very good reminder she gives us all of perspective. How often we feel as if our world is crashing in on us because of something fairly trivial. :( Yet, You don't consider what's important to us as trivial, so intimately are You involved with us! But I do think You would have us look at the bigger picture from time to time, and for that reminder, I thank You!

Abba, this is a bigger picture issue. This woman who is so ill, and her little ones. I know they are constantly in Your thoughts. I believe You will do what's best, as You always do--it's against Your character to do anything else! ♥
Lord, I ask for this woman's life. I ask that You would spare it, and heal her. I ask that her children could keep their mommy with them a while longer.
But should it be Your best for this not to be...I ask that You would minister graciously and lovingly to each person left behind, especially her children. I ask that no doubt of Your eternal goodness would interfere with their faith in You. Please, Lord, it seems best to us that the sick woman would be healed. But we lack Your perspective. I don't know what You have planned...but I know they are good plans. Please take this lady Home, if You will not to heal her. And may it give those whom she loves a testimony to Your goodness and love somehow, and a true, saving faith in the Redeemer.
Please, Abba, heal the hearts of those who love her, as they are sad and hurting right now. Give strength to each of them. Speak to them in quiet times, words their hearts hear well. Grant to each of them a strong measure of faith in You. Please give them peaceful sleep, and remind them to eat. Love them in ways that surprise each of them and in ways they know are from Your loving hand.
I ask all this through the sacrifice of the One Who is the Lover of our souls, in His name, Amen.

I'll keep praying,
♥ ~ellie
