Cousin Has Diabetes

My Aunt contacted my mom last night telling her they had to admit my cousin to the hospital because of extremely high blood sugars. After running some tests the diagnosed him with Type 1 Diabetes. Please pray for this family. They are all scared, and my cousin isn't sure how to handle this. He is only 13. Thanks for all of your prayers!

I made a quick prayer for your cousin and the whole family.I can understand that this is a trying situation for everyone.

My sister was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes (Adult Onset) during a routine check-up 2009, her CBG levels have been stable the past year, through God's grace and a drastic lifestyle change (she bid farewell to Pepsi and eating fastfood)

God please give this family the peace that surpasses human understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Jesus. Give this family the will and strength to make lifestyle changes. And through this obediance of cleaning out the body (Temple), bring health and healing to this whole family!

My hubby has insulen dependant diabetes, there is so much better treatment now and it is easyer to manage.

Father,

You make a way when we don't see a way. Nothing can stand against You. Father, Your word says that when we are in trouble You are a stronghold. You never forsake us when we seek You. Your word says that when we are afflicted You never ignore our cry. Thank You that Your word does not return void. Your kingdom rules over all. Father please send Your angels to watch over and minister to this very precious 13 year old who is the apple of Your eye, and hide them in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.
In the precious name of our dear loving Lord I pray. Amen

We have also gotten word, that the thyroid has also been affected by the auto-immune disease. So, he is now on thyroid medicine as well as insulin

I will continue to pray.
