Hello my name is Rebekah Lubitz my family and I are in need of help so badly. Let me tell you about my family I am 20 years old and have anxiety and depression. I have been on ssi sense I was 5 but when I became 18 they said I could work and I have tried and wish I could but I have such bad anxiety I cant handle barley any social interaction there’s my father Herbert Lubitz he is disabled on social security disability he is 61 and still tries to work as a handy man to be able to survive. My mom Shirley Lubitz she has ptsd and depression and bipolar she falls a lot and has many health issues so she can not work nor drive. Then theirs my fiance David Lattimer we have been together 2 years and 5 months. He has depression and he has no family his mother don’t care about him and his father puts him down. He has been trying to get work but everyone keeps ignoring his calls or makes excuses he wants to be a mechanic and as of right now he works at a car shop but its not barley enough to live and we have our beautiful one year old girl she has everything she needs ( ill put a picture at the bottom) her name is Brianna Isabella shes so smart and funny and she has so much love from our family. We only have one vehicle in the home a Nissan extended cab truck with the side seats so barley anyone fits and not that I don’t thank god for what I have but its so hard to go places with it and it needs work. Now you see we are currently living in Franklin north Carolina but heres where it all started my family and I moved here from Pennsylvania where our home got forclosed on because of greedy bankers. We were left with no choice but to go onto houseyourcredit.com well when we got here after already paying everything we had we found that the house had roaches and the foundation was falling down so we had to fight them in court to get the money back. The judge granted us the money but we never got it in time to move so we had to use every dime we had to move 30min away to sylva north Carolina . My father came across a handy man job and the guy said we could move in with only 100 dollars and 500 a month as we fixed it up well he ended up trying to say we never paid the rent even though we did and my father and my fiance did months of work at his apartment complex painting and repairing apartments, and once it was done he lied to the court and said we never paid that month of rent and he won we had 10 days to get out. We were all in a panic. We had no money and couldn’t find somewhere to go until god placed us here 472 Haughton Williams rd Franklin NC. The landlord from the start was using us a slaves and treated us as lower scum we moved in march 22, 2016 we paid him 300 to move in and on the first we would finish paying him off he agreed and said he wanted to help us out so we moved in and not even a week later we found out he was a severe alcoholic 25 or more beers a day and he was bipolar one night as we were relaxing in bed he decided to drive around our house and blasting johnny cash and screaming while my daughter was sleeping “ Get the **** out of my house” . He has traumatized me and I have nightmares now. He has nor respect for women and calls them sexy and tries to get in bed with them even though hes married. He told my mother he watches her in the window at night he lives right next door and my mother has not slept right sense . She has ptsd nightmares from abusive father and it's bad now. He calls me fat and worthless and a shitty mother and i'm disgusting and picking on my disability. He treated us a scum we had no where else to go and he knew it. He was and still is scamming welfare and the whole system. He has bragged and threated us with many guns saying he has a ak47 in his home we are in fear of our life and we have tried many times to get help but no one seems to help. We just want a fresh start and a chance to get ahead. we have found a home in Griffin,georgia. Its a rent to own home and the man is making a deal for 1500 down to move in but we are tight on funds as you can see. It will give my fiance a chance to go to a technical school and a job and my father and mother a real home and my daughter a home. It will give me more help with my ssi and maybe going back to school .we just need a break as we have moved four times in a year because of crooked landlords. We were never bad to anyone and treated people with respect but it seems that all we find are people who are so evil, it is hard to imagine that good people exist anymore. Things have gone bad to worse and I recently last month found the Lord again and my fiance has too we just need prayers and a break
