Sometimes I feel as if the devil is taunting me and that I have his number on me somewhere and I just don't like that feeling. I also feel as if I started to stray away from God once again.
I just want to become one of God's children again and not just a lost cause. ._.

You aren't a lost cause, Justin! I love the passion for the Lord that you show in your heartfelt posts. If you're worried about straying, why not talk to Jesus about it? Ask Him to help you stay on track, to guide you, and be your everything. He will never leave you nor forsake you, it's a promise ;)

It says that He walks around like a roaring lion.

1 Peter 5:8
Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

But it also says;

John 16:33
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Isaiah 54:17
no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD.

Luke 10:19
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

Claim who you are in Jesus!

I will pray for you too!
God bless you and keep you, Shekaniah

Justin, dear child! ♥

Just as you have never stopped being your parents' child,
so you have never stopped (and could never stop!) being God's. :)

Abba, I ask You to look upon Justin with love,
as I know You do every moment.
Please make Him know what a firm covenant You made with Him
through the blood of Christ,
and that He belongs to You forever!
Help him to look not at his failures, or his weakness,
but at Jesus!
I ask You to open his understanding to what You have promised,
and to Your great faithfulness!
I thank You for Justin, and that at so young an age he is a good example to me.
You are so good, Lord God!
In the Name of the Faithful and True,
amen.

Don't be afraid of the devil, but don't stray from the Lord, either.

Warm greetings, Justin! It is truly good to be able to speak about God with others isn't it!

At your age especially, satan is working overtime to try to convince people to go his way. Therefore, you are by far not the only one who he would like to change in this regard. There are millions of others in your age group around the world and being the opportunist that he is he will try to taunt you with music lyrics unbecoming a Christian, and with films that do not honor God as well as literature. You must therefore be constantly aware of these things and avoid them, for starters.

Justin, know and realize that you do not have the 'devil's number' since you belong to God but he sure will have yours if you fall prey to his evil doing and become weak in your Faith in Jesus Christ! You must therefore always arm yourself with the protective coating and shield of God's grace and the Blood of the Lamb that Jesus shed for you in order to protect yourself from his penchant to try to change your good Christian life into something that he, rather than God, would like.

The following Scripture comes to mind.

"For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." -- PSALM 91:11 (KJV)

That's God's promise to you, me, and all of the people He has created. We have angelic help to turn to in our hour of need. And just as Archangel Michael fought with Lucifer in Heaven when Lucifer was rebelling against God so will the great Archangel fight him again now that satan is in this world with his one item agenda: To bring the ruination of souls. Now it is important to understand that one doesn't pray to an angel or archangel! God doesn't like that. However, we can call to them as we would a good friend to come to our aid when we need it and the angels, being spiritual beings are extremely fast in coming to our rescue. God has allowed for that as in the above Scripture.

Our only defense against the evil one, our adversary, is to call to God in the Name of Jesus Christ to surround us with His Divine loving Light of protection and mercy. And prayer is of the utmost importance as that is the way we speak to God. He does hear our prayers! So, do not fear but be of good cheer when God is in your life as He is right now. Don't let satan (small "s") try to take over your life. You are a child of God and as such you are His property! And you are FAR from being a lost cause, Justin! God loves you too much to ever consider you that. Always remember that!

This is a wonderful Scripture to keep close to your heart always in time of need when you feel under a negative spiritual threat.

"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." -- JAMES 4:7 (KJV)

May God bless you and surround you always with His Divine protection. Be Strong! I will be praying for you to find that closeness again with God that I know is still there. Go in peace.

----------------------------------------------------------------
"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." -- ISAIAH 41:10 (KJV)

Praying you get into the word and confess it over your life. As we speak the word it moves the Spirit world and change will come just don't give up or believe the lie. When the Israelights crossed the Jordan first the people had to show their faith by stepping into the water. When they stepped into the water the change was not visible to their eyes they had to keep moving in faith. The scripture said he stop the water up stream so every step they took was in faith. Then as they moved at some point they could feel the drag of the water was less. Then as they kept moving in faith the ground became dry where they crossed. Move in faith and your faith will move whatever needs to be moved.

Joshua 3 16 the water upstream stopped flowing. It stood up in a heap a great distance away at Adam, a town near Zarethan. The water flowing down to the Sea of Arabah (the Dead Sea) was completely cut off. So the people crossed the river near Jericho. 17 The priests carried the Ark of the Agreement with the Lord to the middle of the river and stood there on dry ground. They waited there while all the people of Israel walked across the Jordan River on dry land.

Isaiah 43:2 When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.
