My family and I are in desperate need of prayers. We are having so many financial problems right now that it seems like we will never be able to get back on track of where we were a few years ago. My husband lost his job less than a year ago and my hours have been cut drastically. My husband has since found a new job but is making about $3 dollars less per hour. Last year, my company withheld raises and has stopped any and all overtime/extra hours. I am a hospice nurse so I travel to/from patients houses.....the company has also decreased the amount that they pay us for mileage. With that, I made $25,000 less last year. We have four children. Two of them are in college and the other two are in high school. Next year, we will have three in college and one left in high school. We are three months behind on our mortgage and we owe money for the kids' housing at college. There are so many other things we owe for such as medical bills(my husband had to have two surgeries last summer), student loans, etc. I am so afraid to even go to our mailbox and I avoid phone calls at all cost. I am afraid to even look at my checking account because I know I won't have enough to pay for our bills and expenses. I am waking up several times at night with panic attacks and am slowly giving in to feelings of hopelessness and depression. Please pray that God will give me the strength and the means to fix this. I have never cared about "things".....but I do want to be able to pay what I owe. Thank you for taking the time to pray for my family and me.
