This last month was terrible for me I had something bad happen to me and my anxiety is bad so is my depression I try to be strong I beg for god to help me be brave but the fear keeps coming back I feel weak and hopeless I beg of you pray warriors pray for god to give strength and heal me of this fear and panic

I've battled depression most of my life and anxiety on and off for nearly 10 years. I used to have anxiety attacks, so i can relate. In fact, the two conditions often go hand in hand. I do much better with the anxiety now, so there is hope there. Depression is something i'm now working on. But i know of people who have improved in that as well. It's a battle, so don't become discouraged. It takes time and effort, but it's doable.
