From dealing with heartache, to hopelessness.. I need strength

Hello all,

I am saved, have a relationship with Christ. I'm going through a separation of a relationship. It's been a month 1/2 now since we decided to part ways and he's even moved on so much so that when he went on a job in Singapore he met a woman there and has been talking to her since he got back. My heart is so weak right now. I'm having a hard time getting over this. I just want to be okay. I'm also having a hard time finding a job right now. I've been applying tons of places and still no phone call back for the past 2 months now. I am hopeless, weak.. I need strength. I am hurting so bad it hurts physically.

You've moved on, don't look back at your ex. You have a relationship with God now <3 . He sees a bright future for you, just concentrate on Him, because He has forgotten your past. He is just waiting for you to do that. Reading Psalm 46 will supply you with Strength. Go to Jesus and He will give you rest according to Matthew 11: 25-30. He will supply all your needs, like the need for a job. I really don't now much about jobs, i,m still in high school, but Matthew 7:7-12 will be a very good source in you situation. I know your broken, and it takes time to heal, but Jesus can make that healing time much shorter.

Ask and it shall be given unto you,, God bless

Hey brit, there is one truth that has stood the test of time and that is God always knows best. Im sorry to hear of your circumstances and you have every right to be down and anxious. But just as life has gone on for others, life will continue. Promise. I will pray that He will be your source of strength. I pray that He will be your source of comfort. Confide in Him with your whole heart and you will find He has another plan for you which will bring a different joy than you could imagine. Believe that His good works are in store and you will have and abundance of blessings. God bless you.

LOrd i pray for the fears , all of them, to go and the voices of the adversary to be silenced... lord pls hear her heart right now,, show her the confusion that is robbing her of her peace and joy right now.. give her addtions strength from you father and fill the voide with her right now and allow her to see just a glimpse of what you have in store for her thank you father amen

Lord,

We know you hear BrittLAradio's prayers and that you are aware of everything in her heart. You revealed that you are the Lord of the most minute things, and a broken heart, is a major blow. Lord send the Holy spirit, our Helper, to bring her heart to recovery. God, we ask that you can turn weeping into laughing. I pray for comfort, provisions and complete restoration in Jesus name, Amen.

In Asian countries white men are very attractive. White people's facial characteristics are very attractive, while Asian flat face characteristics are unattractive overall. Asians have a lower rate of attractiveness when compared to white people as a WHOLE. When he went to Singapore lots of women stared at him and gave him attention because of his facial attractiveness and also the fact that it is rare to see a white man in Singapore since Singapore is almost 100% Asian and not multicultural like Western countries. I believe he's been victim to that, and he's led astray a bit by all the attention he got from women. Remind him of your love towards him and give him attention. Remind him of your feelings and convey them emotionally.

I strongly disagree with this post. Please show a bit more courtesy to other races in your posts......seriously....We are all created in the image of God. Beauty and Attractiveness is always in the eye of the beholder.

God, i just really pray for Britt right now. You know all the things that she is going through and experiencing right now...and you know the pain in her heart. Father God, please guide her right now....and give her heart true peace--that peace that can only be found in YOU. Daddy, light her path and help her in her search for a job. Help her heart not be troubled....We know that each thing that happens has a place in your plan, God. I ask that you anoint her with the Holy Spirit and help her to turn to you more and more for comfort and love. God. You are enough. Help all of us, to put YOU first in everything...no matter the cost...no matter how hard. Please bless Britt...bless her with grace, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, self-control, and perseverance to pull through. Give her your abundant grace, Daddy. Help her to recall every second of the day that YOUR love is greater than any earthly man can give her. Help her God. Give her encouragement. Give her strength to rise up and face each new day. Woah buddy, we are all created in the likeness of God. If you say that one race is more attractive then consequently what you are really saying is that Gods work is only beautiful in some of his creations- not all. Thats a slap in the face to your heavenly Father. It would be different if you were to say that YOU personally find caucasians more attractive. But then again, its humans that are flawed because we are with sin and put emphasis on physical appearance whereas the Lord finds beauty in the heart. There is a reason that he says that our bodies are only temporary and that we receive new bodies in heaven. Our earthly bodies are shells to represent us in this temporary life in which he tests our heart. In heaven we will be given a spiritual body- one that is beautiful and similar to Jesus.

The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

So sorry your hurting so much. I hope it helps you to know that you have many loving Christian people right here with you, praying, and caring. I've been through this, as many others have. The very best cure in my opinion, aside from prayer, is to focus on only positive things right now. Seek out whatever good things you can do for yourself. Keep yourself busy with anything that is healthy and bright. Get involved with a good church and see where you fit it. If you go looking, and ask God to guide you, you will find things. Don't try to replace your loss right now and try very hard not to dwell on it. You will start feeling better when you realize.. "Hey, I just got through 1/2 a day without feeling lousy." It WILL get better. It will. Hang in there.

Brittany, I'm so sorry. Hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs. Trust me, you will be fine. God has a plan for you, even if that's hard to see right now. I have had to start over many times,and this is the hardest part. Try to stay strong. While you await God's direction in your job search, get out as much as you can. Keep praying and know that your life will change for the better. I have prayed for God to give you strength, comfort, peace and hope.God's blessings on you.

Brittany, I'd recommend praying and asking Jesus to take the place of a husband to you. It really seems to help; He's so much more emotionally supportive than a human man if you let Him be !
