Hi guys,

My Grandma had what appears to be a stroke today and she was rushed to the hospital. She is a 4 hour flight away and we are trying to work out arrangements to fly there as soon as possible We might not get a flight until tomorrow.

She is speaking normally last we heard and they are going to do a CT scan on her brain to see if there are any clots. With strokes it is not uncommon to have multiple strokes and/or even a major heart attack. My Aunt "just happened" to call my Grandma and the stroke happened over the phone so my Aunt was able to call the paramedics right away, thank the LORD.

She isn't a believer...I've tried to witness to her from time to time but not well enough :(

May she be saved, and may she be healed. In Jesus name

Thanks guys

Jesus we pray for and lift JDecree's Grandmother up into your hands. Please watch over and protect her as you will. We thank you and praise you God that the stroke was caught over the phone so that she could quickly get help. Now we pray for her salvation, salvation is only possible with you God. I pray that her heart heals and for her mind to change and to turn to you God. We pray that JDecree and all who travel with him are able to quickly get there safely to see his Grandmother.

Update:

They are sending her home already with a heart monitor! They detected no clots in her head or neck and her heart seems ok. It was a type of small stroke and she likely will not have any others. :D She has a check up with the stroke team in one month.

Thank you all so much! God bless you :)

Agreeing in prayer and healing. :) So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
