Hi,

I need prayer warriors by the tons! My marriage is in trouble!

It's a long story but the short of it is, my daughter managed to come between my husband (her step-dad) and me. We have been seperated for almost a month and even though he says he loves me dearly, he also says he is not IN LOVE with me. He is a Christian, as a matter of fact, an ordained minister - just not "employed" by a church. We are attending our second counseling session tomorrow. I asked him if he wanted me to leave him alone and if he wanted to file for the divorce and he said no.... but he just has no "deep feelings" for me like he did when we married almost 4 years ago. He says it's like he is numb. We have seen the move "Fireproof" and actually went to a Kirk Cameron "Love Worth Fighting For" seminar.

Please pray that God shows me how to be a better wife (and mother) and that He will soften my husbands heart and bring us closer together instead of us drifting further apart.

Father you know what is causing this wedge or rift in their marriage, search their hearts and minds, pour out your perfect love, wisdom and understanding. Move them back into balance with You Lord, In Jesus Name, Amen

I hope your marriage is restored. I know its hard, I went through rough times with my ex, we seperated several times, finally I just had enough of him cheating and leaving. Keep God in your relationship, keep praying, and bless the Lord thru the bad & good times. Hope you both the best in the Lord Jesus Christ.
