I'm in the process of waiting on the Lord of what to do. There have been many of the same issues, and one person sending them that is possessed of demons. He used to be a born again believer, but as the bible says, 7 more demonic evil spirits have taken control of him, and are using him to disrupt lives. I'm praying as there are many pictures of these people, and I would need to go to the superior court, for a while, but it would be worth it to take them off the streets. Father this person is sick, he is sick of love, of not having it, he has seen something sweet in her, which is you Jesus, and his spirit wants to connect with that wholeness, and that feeling of security. Somehow demonic spirit's have entered him, through some wounds, and he is being controlled by them in a obsessive way, that as the other's said, he is dangerous, and needs to be picked up.
Pray and let the lord lead you. You don't want to be close to someone who is mentally ill, with what ever issues he has in his mind. Father, people are looking for real love, lead them to Jesus, I bind these unclean spirit's that are harassing her, and other's that they submit to the authority of the name of Jesus and go from us, for it is written bind up the strong man, and cast him out, with the power and authority of his name. Luke 10:19 *One thing, is that just as those who were in pursuit of the Israelits crossing over the Red Sea, they were put into a trap, stalking them, in pursuit. They were all destroyed.
I've been face to face with demon possessed people, and rebuked the demons from them, they never bothered me again, nor my family, even though they made death threats, one ended up in prison, the other died. There is no power greater than God's , don't bow down to the devil in fear. God will lead you, psalm 23.
He leadeth me. There also are psychiatrist's that if prove is presented, they have the authority to have them picked up by the police, upon the evidence of them being a danger to*society*or a person. Don't fear, WE've been given the authority over demons, principalities, powers, and wickedness in high places. To crush the root, of them and the very seed, so it will never rise up again. Luke 10:19 Pray, and listen to his leading. Peace is a great weapon, the police are here for people just like him, call them, and tell them exactly what is going on.* He is being used by demons to steal your joy, peace of mind, and don't allow it.​

To the logic of the mind, there would be psychiatric terms for this, and the book is huge, and growing yearly. But to the spiritual understanding, these people are sick, and are in need of help. They are calling out for it, in not good ways, they know they are sick, and in need of help. The logic without looking at it from a spiritual perspective, wont' understand the strongholds of demons, on people. They however are very real, and manifest*themselves, through the behavior.

You need to get an order of protection, which is also known as a restraining order. (Information link)
A psycho that collects your hairs and uses the bathroom right after you do, God knows what he's doing there, is dangerous!

And yes, keep everything he sends you, get video of his following you, acquire evidence against him to make your case also. You don't need that stuff to file a restraining order/order of protection however.

Don't put it off, don't rationalize and say, oh, that's just so severe. Maybe he'll stop with God's help.
God helps those who help themselves also. He's stalking you and that makes you feel violated. Stalkers of this nature escalate. They get so frustrated that the object of their obsession is not responding to all their efforts to get close to them that they take things to a higher level.

He knows where you live! That in itself is dangerous. Your landlord can't or won't do anything. He won't help you. You must save yourself.

Get the restraining order! And when this creep violates it, and he will, prosecute!
Meanwhile, protect yourself. Mace, pepper spray, a gun. Make sure you have something that you can use to stop this guy when he makes a physical attack against you.
You want to be a survivor not his victim. (HUGS) Holding you up in prayer.

He actually lives in her apartment building, and she said her landlord won't do anything..which is not right..

Assuming you've contacted police ... carry a whistle and BEAR DETERRENT. My intention is not to needlessly stir up fear. The police cannot protect you as much as you need it, so you must "arm" yourself. Think about carrying something more formidable.

Change your daily schedule or routine. Ask a coworker to carpool to work with you. Inform any trusted tenet and ask for contact information in case of emergency. Carry your phone with you.

Also, the stalker is not just harassing you, he's stalking you, and many states now have strict laws against stalking. Don't misunderstand, harassment is aggressive, but the objective, legal term is stalking. Employ that term when talking with authorities.

He may have a criminal record, ask local police to assist with relaying that information to you.

In my city, the police make public the general areas of where past offenders live. Check with your police department.

When talking with police, ask for watch commander, speak to him or her. Write down name, rank, date, time, and statements. Then be consistent and constant in your reporting. Don't be intimidated by police, meaning, you are a tax payer. You pay for the service. If they speak to you condescendingly, sternly remind them, you have a legitimate fear. Work your way up chain of command.

My point is: take a more constructive proactive approach to this situation. Wake up your survival instincts, and use its energy and power to strengthen you.

I know that. That's why I said, he knows where you (she) lives. Her landlord could say something but he can't stop this guy from stalking her. Only the law can make an effort to threaten him with prosecution should he violate the boundary she sets when she applies for and gets an order of protection/restraining order.

Now, it is true that those aren't worth the paper they're written on in stopping a man from physically laying hands on the applicant. It's not like a paper suit of armor that once applied for stands to make the target of a stalker invisible to that stalker. However, it shows that the State responded to the concerns of one of its citizens who felt threatened by another citizen. And it shows when push comes to shove that she felt so threatened that she had to resort to law enforcement interceding on her behalf. And this helps in the event she defends herself from his offense against her if he gets physical.

This guy is a psycho. Reading what she says he does there's probably more she hasn't shared.

What I can't quite get is, she says he uses the bathroom right after her. How does that happen? Unless its a squat , i.e. an apartment style building with a common area bathroom, how does he use the bathroom right after her?
Is he her roommate? Her workmate?

Hopefully she'll answer that part of the post.

For myself, I didn't call this guy a freak. I called him a psycho. As in psychopath. Meant every word of it too.
As for his being a stalker, that is what the OP author calls him and that is her prerogative given the lawful definition of stalker.

Sure, Jesus died for the stalking psychopath. However, that doesn't mean the stalking psychopath knows Jesus. Nor cares to.
In fact, it is a sure bet the stalker psychopath isn't a Christian. Meanwhile, I'd not worry about being offended at the labels that are applied to the deviant threatening behavior this man examples toward this young Christian woman.

I'd worry about her! Isn't that the Christian thing to do? Because it would appear this stalker psychopath is in the service of Satan. So side with the righteous, not the damned.
