going to have an epiduarl injection on my neck today i am asking for your prayers, i've had a series of 3 done last year and they lasted over a year now they are wore off and i'm starting a new series, i pray i get the same refief that i did from the last series, i need to be able to go through my daily activities with minimal pain, the dr is wanting me to have neck surgery but i want to be able to postpone that with the injections please pray that i feel better so i don't have to miss church again Sunday(i've been down and had to miss 3 Sundays in a row :-( not good) and our church is starting vbs next week and i stay active with that so you prayers are much needed today thank you and God Bless

Thank You all your prayers mean a lot, I must say I woke up this am and the neck pain is 40% better than it was after the injection yesterday. I'm hoping I only have to go through one more injection of the series of three. A year ago I did all three, not sure if I'm going to need all three this time. Early this year I did the injections in my back and I only needed two of the three so I'm hoping that's the case this time. Again your prayers are much appreciated. God Bless

I've had ( I think?) similar injections for 2 massively herniated disks. (which I got doing pilates, so, just goes to show you how dangerous exercise is! lol)

I had good results, and will pray this for you, too.
Forty is FAR too young to be inactive! :) even I made it to 45...;)

Thank You so much Ellie. By the way I meant to tell you in my last reply to you I really love your name. Does it stand for Eleanor? I'm drawn to older names like that love it. My sister is named Eula and I've always admired her for that name and the fact that she is named after my paternal grandmother who was a really good christian she died when i was 10 and there is not a doubt in my mind that she went to heaven.

I'm so glad to hear that you got good results from the injections. I am praying that I to get good results and have a more tolerable pain level. I was in a car accident in 2002 and that's why my neck and back are messed up. I've done therapy and am still doing accupuncture and pain management but so far my best relief is from the injections. I know I will be able to have a better quality of life, because I have noticed an improvement since the last set a year ago. I am more active than I was b4 the injections a year ago and I was able to do my flower beds this year something I love. Of course with anyone who has a back and neck injury I have to be careful or they will flare up. Thank you for your prayers and please know u r in mine as well. God Bless

I prayed for you my new friend. I know you will get your prayers answered on here. So many beautiful people lift you up to our King with prayers. I always visualize there being this huge stack of prayers next to our King and with so many prayers happening I feel like it takes mine to the one that is next to be picked up by him. Will keep you in my prayers. God bless sista!

thank you bekah and God Bless you, i feel better today i'm moving my neck better with less pain and i know i will feel better each day i have my 2nd injection on the 16th and with any luck i won't need the 3rd injection thank you for the prayers and being my friend

update neck is much better, i haven't been on here for awhile i am dealing with a lot in my personal life right now, but like with everything else i know God will see me through this also. Thanks to all of my good friends that have sent up prayers for me and please continue to keep me in your prayers God Bless you all
