My friend argues so vehemently against god and jesus an puts them down says some pretty nasty stuff, and I know I can't change his mind but I hate listening to it so much it's tearing our friendship apart he refuses to pray or accept jesus and will throw all this stuff to me about how it's bs and I just really want him to believe so if you can pray for jesus to come to him like he did to me I would really appreciate it because god is so incredible and amazing and his love is endless and I just really want him I feel his love to because it is a great thing thank you and god bless

Ok, I will. But please don't forget that it isn't your job to change him, okay? Don't get stressed out thinking you have to "make" him believe or anything. There might be things that you're supposed to do or say, and I will ask God to show you what those are, but please don't frustrate both you and him by trying to force your beliefs on him. :)

I'm also praying for you and your friend, and will also pray that you don't get frustrated. Your friend knows about Jesus and your faith, and only he can make the decision to take the step of faith to have a relationship with the Lord. You have told him about your faith and if he only wants to deride your faith and argue, maybe you would both be better off if you'd just leave the subject alone unless he wants to talk about it and be respectful. I'm not a counselor but that seems only reasonable. I think you can be at peace knowing you've done what you can do, continue to pray for him and leave it in God's hands. This may take time and prayer as many things often do, so trust God with this. God bless you and I hope things settle down and work out.

The best thing is to pray and love him which I am sure you are doing ask God to bring people accross your friends path, and commit him into the Father's hands. God Bless you
