I don't know what to do anymore...

Today, after years of being unruly, rude, disrespectful, sometimes physically violent, and being outright cruel for the past few day, my brother was 302'd and taken to a psych ward. All of yesterday he yelled and clapped and bounced a basketball in the middle of the house for over half an hour straight, just because he didn't want to go to school. Today, while trying to be readmitted to school after suspension, he was so unruly that the school wouldn't readmit him. At home he did the same thing as yesterday, only with screaming and breaking doors. We called the police here, and after a game of cat-and-mouse, he was taken away in hand cuffs. My mother is with him at the hospital right now. We think he has mental issues. He talks about the Illuminati all the time. Whenever blood work is mentioned, he says that they take people's blood to clone them. He's constantly paranoid. He doesn't think he needs help and that the world is just against him. My mother and I are at wits end, her the most, and we just don't know where to go from here. I just wanted to ask you guys to pray for him to get help and for her and I to just know what decisions to make and how to handle things. Thank you.

You guys have probably gone through a lot for him, but the only thing you can do for him right now is put him in the hands of God and keep praying for him. Let God carry your burden and all things will be more than well for you and him. I will pray for you. God bless

I will pray for you and your whole family. I too am in a situation where I am so stressed out. But I just put my trust in God. I know that it is easier said than done. But I just trust that God is with me in all the things that are happening to me.

This kind of behaviour certainly appears to be the result of some sort of mental illness...

So, he is in the right place now to initially get him sedated and then a psychological examination/evaluation by a psychiatrist, so I think you have done the correct thing in getting him into hospital. Here he can get the help he needs and also you and your Mum can get a well earned break from his obnoxious behaviour!

So, it will be prayer that will bring him through, I feel it will take a bit of time, so I think you should be patient...

In praying for your brother, invoke and put the great (covenant) name of 'YAHWEH ROPHI' ('The Lord our Healer,' Exodus 15v26, Isaiah 53v4, Matt 8v16,17) upon him, this wonderful OT covenant Name is covenanted to the Body of Christ by His Blood. 2Cor 1v20

Do be encouraged, I do feel God is going to bring good out of these circumstances for you, your Mum and your brother (the key is prayer!)...Jer 29v11, Rom 8v28.

Father God our healer and protector
I thank you for bringing people to remove this young man from the house before he hurt himself or someone else. Please bring people into his life to share your love and truth with him. Help him see he does not need to be afraid if he trust in you. Lord, move inside him through your holy Spirit and help the truths he hears lodge deep in his heart. Turn his mind from darkness to light open his eyes to all the help that is around him if he would just open his mind and heart to take it. Father I also pray that you be with his family and bring them hope, comfort and strength as you work from the inside out on this young man and turn his mind from the lie to the truth found in Yeshua, In Yeshua’s holy name I pray amen.

I can't imagine going through this ordeal.
My youngest brother did something like this,
I did not live at home.
My dad was traveling a lot for work.
So my mom had to deal with him.
Turned out he had been doing drugs.

I will be praying for God to reveal what is going on.
And for you and your mom to be protected.
