it's hard to stand for righteousness

i hate our department head whenever he is telling us to cheat our patients...i am working as a physiotherapist and currently we don't have enough manpower to give services to both in and out patients...there are times when we have a lot of request from the ICU,and pediatric ICU as well and to accommodate all this, he will tell to us...",just do the exercise for 5mins, anyway this is a comatose patient" ( the average time to do exercises for unconcious person is 15 mins. for both upper and lower limb and we need to move all joints of the body to prevent complications ) we already told him that we cannot do like that, but he didn't listen because according to him this is "business" I am blessed that I have God fearing christian workmates who don't follow such instructions...i told him that i believe that one day we will become patient and i want a quality service ( that is my own way of saying that do not do to others what you do not want to do unto you...and you will reap what you sow ) but he doesn't understand me...he even told me "i don't know what kind of psychology you have" its really hard when your boss is the one leading you to become unprofessional.
So please include me in your prayers also as you visit this prayer request page ( i need wisdom and patience and also pray for my bosses...their names are Dr.Hany and Dra.Jihan, both of them are muslims, may they have a compassionate heart for people, may they see the love of God through our works and actions since we are not allowed to share christian faith to anybody here.. thanks so much ;-)

Do not hate the sinner, but hate the sin. Anyway, a prayer has just be sent for Dr. Hany and Dra. Jihan. That they would have compassion for the people, see the love of God, and accept Jesus as their personal Savior and sovereign Lord. God bless.

I am praying for you that you will continue to do the right thing for the patients. Maybe you need to speak to someone who is above your bosses in confidentiallity of course.

I ask our good and loving Abba to give you grace for these people for whom you work, and that the patients will receive proper care, for Jesus' sake.
I pray for you to receive His wisdom as to how to best proceed.
And I thank Him that you are willing to take a stand for His righteousness; for giving you the strength and the will to do so.
And I appreciate all your hard work! :)

When I was working, I had the blessing of a boss (doctor) who is a brother in Christ.
It was his practice, and he operated in the ways of the Lord. (thanks, Lord!)
I still see him as a doc, and am thankful each time I do.

I pray that the Lord Himself will cover you at work, and protect you there.

Dear Child of God, I am so sorry to hear that this is happening to you and others at the workplace. God considers each and every person's life most blessed, sacred, and truly worthy of all of the attention and care a professional can give to them. After all, people go to these facilities to receive good treatment to help them alleviate their pain and condition and to get well. When people receive less than they truly deserve God is indeed sad as a part of humanity that people have placed their trust upon, when they are most vulnerable, has let Him down.

Let us all pray for this dire situation to change for the better. May these men's conscience and heart be moved to do that which is right in the eyes of God. May God move, through His most Divine Son Jesus Christ, to bring quick resolve to this situation and to all concerned. In His Most blessed and Divine Name we pray. Amen.

I admire your strength, i often have trouble standing up for the right thing to do if others may react in a bit of a harsh way, this dosent seem to be a problem for you, and im glad! You and your co workers and your bosses are in my prayers!

Have you checked with any patient advocacy groups where you can report anonymously?
Father God, I pray that your mercy and grace will intervene on behalf of everyone involved in this. I also pray that you will bring people and events into the lives of Dr.Hany and Dra.Jihan to help then come to know Yeshua as their Lord and savior. In Yeshua&#8217;s Holy name I pray amen.
