Just a little help please.....

I am currently battling a heroin addiction, im trying to give it up and begin life again but its proving to be a big struggle. I know i have noone but myself to blame for being in this position but i pray, Jesus, help me find the strength to overcome this devil. I've lost everything to this addiction, I need to beat it. If someone could suggest where i might find some hope through the Bible, it would be greatly appreciated.

I will pray for you, and do in love encourage you to seek out a Christian church where you can hear about the Lord Jesus, Who is the Answer to every problem we have, from the smallest "where did I put that phone number?" to our greatest need: salvation. ♥ And everything between.
Redemption in Christ is available to anyone, and though is doesn't guarantee problem free life, if does guarantee Life!
In Jesus we have hope, and so much more.

Abba, Father God, here is this young man whom you created, and whom You love. He, like all of us, has things he needs, and help comes from You.
I ask that You will direct him to a good place to get help for this addiction that has him in slavery, and that You will soften his heart, and open the eyes of his understanding to see the Truth of the gospel of Jesus. I pray that grace upon grace will be given to Ben so he will find his place in Your Son's Kingdom.
Thank You, Father, that You provided a way for us to be restored to You through the atoning sacrifice of the Lord Jesus. Please lead Ben to repentance in Your great kindness. Aid him in this struggle against addiction, and add to his life all the beauty and zest You desire for him.

oh Ben, i am so sorry. Heroin is a nasty addiction to battle! I had a few friends in college trying to use methadone(?) to do this, a very slow process! let us know how you are doing!

Nothing is too difficult for God. I am with you in prayers

I know a lady who used to be addicted to heroin. She was in the hospital for blood poisoning, she died, floated over her body and told God that she couldn't overcome the addiction without His help. And that if He could help her, then he should let her live... something like that. Well, I believe as soon as she prayed that, she went back into her body and was completely healed and delivered. She now has a great ministry, serving the Lord mightily and setting people free!

So I will pray for you. God can take it away.

Dear God, I have seen what this drug does to people in my life and this soul seeks you desperately for deliverance of this evil drug that enslaves ones soul and mind. I ask on Jesus name that you free this soul from the chains that are wrapped tightly around him. Please give to him your comfort and your peace. Please teach this soul to call out to you whenever the temptation becomes to much. May he find peace and deliverance through you my King.
Have heart Ben, God has got this. Believe it.
