Sometimes when I get home from school (or even during school) I feel as if God left me alone.
I don't' know why I just feel so alone and nothing has been going well in my life right now.
I feel as if I am losing my faith but I don't want to.

Please help!

God will never leave you nor forsake you. Even if you do feel him around him doesn't mean that he's not there. Just talk to him and open your heart and he will respond to you. After a while you will start to feel his presence near you. It may seem like nothing is going well in life but God sees that and make good out of them. Just have faith in him and start to believe ,until you get to the point that you don't doubt it, that good always happens and it will come to pass. What you take to the heart ,without doubt, is what will become. Change your prospective of life and you will see things changing for the good. If you want friends then become friendly. What you sow is what you reap. I will be your friend and do not feel that I can't answer a question. I will answer any questions that you have. I will send you a friend request and you can talk to me about your problems. :)

I have faith that this verse from the old testament will help
Psalms 143-8
"Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee."

You are in my prayers in Jesus , Justin.
Just Know that ones life in Jesus is not about being perfect, but that the perfect (Jesus) is in you, with you, surrounding you always and eternally. :)

God bless

Praying for your continued strength and guidance.

I remember my high school as a pretty rough place. A rather ungodly place most of the time. I don't know what it's like today, but I doubt it's any better than in the 70's.

Being in an ungodly place can really pull you down. You will probably need to soak yourself in prayer and bible study to get yourself reconnected with God.

I know I need to do this pretty often...especially after watching a movie I shouldn't have watched or been somewhere where people were acting just plain sinful and loving it.

God never leaves you alone...but you may have trouble hearing Him if there's too much noise or if you are deliberately sinning in some way.

This takes work so I pray that you keep working toward the goal of knowing Jesus as your best friend :)

Justin, I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to be a young Christian today. :(

Try to remember these feelings of abandonment are l-i-e-s!
Do not believe for one second that God has left you, or ever will.

It may be hard, but take those thoughts captive--just lock them up in jail and tell them they are not alowed out!
Rest, little brother, in the Truth of the Word of God--Jesus our Savior. Feelings may lie to you, but He never will.

I'll keep you in prayer, beloved of the Father!
