Lately my attitude stinks. I am endlessly frustrated with friends, co-workers, family etc. etc, I think I hide it well, but regardless, I am the common denominator and need an attitude adjustment.
I am stressed over some health related, work related and relationship related issues all integrated and affecting each other.
I really would appreciate some prayer regarding my, health, work and relationship issues. Feeling a little anxious - and know that improving my attitude and relationship with God will help me in making appropriate life choices. I really am needing some true Christian friends right now... really needing some sort of guidance and a change in attitude.

Katy,

your self-analysis and honesty are refreshing.

we are so sorry that you are all out of sorts at this time
in your life, most of us can relate to how you say you
are feeling, and most of us have made it through
and are travelling in the new territory that our Lord
always opens up before us when we are
ready, willing, and able.

one very important key to finding peace, is to rest
in Jesus' arms when we become overwhelmed,
He is the only One who can bring us to a place of
Spiritual contentment and loving comfort.

it sounds like you need some (be kind to Katy time also).
if Jesus loves us so much, He surely requires that
we love ourselves and so we must take whatever
He provides and put it to work to achieve that
happiness and self-contentment that we need so much.

may God bless and keep you.

Hi oldthenew,

You response has reminded me of one of my favorite bible verses - Come to me all who are weary in spirit and I will give you rest (Matt 11:28), and has really resonated with me. Rest sounds wonderful (not always easy :) )

Thank you for your guidance and kind words...
