I don't know if I have a slipped disk, something out of alignment, or a pinched nerve, but right now I'm have a lot of sharp pain in my neck and tingling in my fingers. So, please just pray for me.

I'm praying that sharp pain in your neck and tingling in your fingers leaves you in Jesus name!

"Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases" Psalm 103:2-3 :)

Abba, thank You for our sister, and for her presence here at this site.
Please heal the pain and discomfort she's experiencing. Should You choose to use a doc to do this, I ask that she have wisdom as to which doc, and what treatment You'd like her to have.
I ask that all things be done according to Your perfect will for this child you love so much, and I thank You and offer my praise for what You'll do in this situation. In Christ's Name. Amen.

Ouch!
I hate neck pain...
Have you been on line too long? lol

Try stretching and a heat pad.
You can make a heat pad by putting rice in a sock,
tie off the top and microw wave for about a minute.
I'll send up a prayer for you too!
Love and hugs, Shekaniah

It's possible. But it was out of whack still this morning. I went to the chiro to get it adjusted. The other possibility is that ive been over compansatiny for a problem with my shoulder, which may or may or may not have to have surgery. Best solution is rest and excercises to restrengthen the muscles to support my shoulder, because of possible cartilage or ligament damage. Trying to avoid surgery and steroid route if possible.

Hopefully this is readable as I'm typing this on my phone.

It can be a jezebel spirit
I pray that God protects you from all demonic spirits and lift the spirit of jezebel off of you. :)

Did the chiropractor help?

Also, think/pray if there's something else that could have sparked it, like... maybe you need a new pillow, or something like that?

Praying for you, in any case. :)

Oh horrors... do you think playing your viola could be causing the neck and shoulder problems? :'-(

It's not a matter of playing it, but how I play it, that might be doing some of the damage as well as a possibility of an old injury from when I was two. (Not really sure about the last though.) But yes, playing the viola may be a contributing factor. Which, if that's the case, I'm already in the process of considering other alternatives, such as the alto violin.
