Hi

Sorry to bug you. I have to admit firstly, I have been waiting so long for God to answer me I have started giving up.

My family is separated now, because we dont have a place of our own, I have not been working for so long we were evicted cos of rent due. Also my child is not attending school cos of school fees. Need income desperately.

However, in my spiritual walk I have stopped praying, feel really cold and dead inside. Cant get myself to pray anymore, and compromise becomes easy when this is the case.

So these are the issues i need prayer about, so if you guys dont mind, please pray with me. Thanks.

I am definitely praying with you, but promise me that you won't give up!
Your story makes me think about my childhood and the troubles my father went through for several years. He threw in the towel, started drinking a bit, treated us horribly and almost left my mother. In addition, his only father figure died around this time and my dad was just ready for it all to be over. But God worked through the people in a church to get his attention. He turned to his one Christian friend for prayer and the friend brought him to church. I know he did not feel like seeking God but in his desperation, in his darkest moments, God gave him the strength. I know your situation is a little different but I encourage you to get close to a friend that's a believer if possible. The encouragement could give you more strength than you may be able to find on your own right now :)

You are in my daily prayers in Jesus's name, for all you ask and all you and your family needs.

God bless
