Did you watch Harry Potter where that hat was putting them into their groups? Just came to mind, sorry1
You are 40 so I am assuming you have a job and maybe even married with children? None of my business so don't answer as I am just mulling in my mind.
I would take it to God but I know I want a big house were all my children and their families could come stay with me, a large yard for barbecues and a barbeque, a swimming pool, a lovely hedge, nice vehicles, better computers and nice furnishings and enough money where I can help those in need.
God hasn't answered all of that yet and my sons know better to ask me what I want too.
Sometimes we need to learn to be thankful with just where we are at. To get myself out of that 'I want' I remind myself of the local children whose shoes just barely hang to their feet, the long line-up at the food bank and the soup kitchen, those who sleep on streets, alleys and in the bushes surrounding the community then I know I have much to be thankful for.

It is none of my business why you are asking what you are asking for yet the key word in your request is the word safe. There is much behind your humble request and while I am not privy of your life's circumstances, I pray that God our Father will provide for all your needs. I add to your humble request that God will show you his loving kindness through divine intervention and that he brings you deep healing. You are not alone even if it may feel like it.
