Needing prayer today.

Please pray for Gods protection on my children today. I am allowing their father to tell them that he has a new baby due any time and a new woman living with him. I do not know how they will react, but I know that God's hands have been on them through this whole situation and that He will continue to protect them.

I am also praying in agreement with God on His handling of our marriage. I am turning it all over to him and I will praise Him and follow Him no matter where he takes us. I have faith and hope that God can heal my dead marriage and bring restoration to our family - despite all of the pain and out of this world circumstances. With God all things are possible - I need not worry, but rest in Him

I lift your babies up to our Heavenly Father asking that he places his arms around them today comforting them with His peace and His love. I pray that our Lord brings your husbands heart under conviction and that he puts a spark of love back into his heart for you. I ask on Jesus name, Amen.
Just remember the things in life that try us make us stronger through our Lord. He has been with you always.

I am a new comer to this site and this was the first thing i read, I'm sure it was divinely meant because I am in the same situation with finding out my husband of 15 years has a 5 month old baby, and i'm angry and find it hard to forgive him. I don't know whether to forgive him or leave him. We have two sons and i just feel like my whole world is caving in around me. I thought for so long that even though with our problems things would somehow get better and they really have not, but yet something will not allow me to walk away even after all the hurt and betrayal i feel. I am trying to pray for Gods help to love through a situation where there seems to be little love. Truly need prayer to make it.

annie, I understand where you guys are coming from. My father did the same thing but it is the Lord that kept us. Knowing that He is God, I can be still.

Fathere in heaven, we lift up to you annie's children. May you comfort them and inspire in their hearts that you are a father to the fatherless. YOu guide them and that you put into their hearts that it is only you who is bale to heal broken hearts like you did to me. We also pray that your will be done in her marriage. God is able!! What seems impossible in man's eyes is very possible in Gods!! Im speaking from experience. My husband has a daughter who is 7 from an affair. We kept that a secret for sooooo long from soooo many people, including our 2 kids. Fear def has a way to bring torment! I was so afraid for soooo many reasons. My husband struggled w not having something to do w his daughter and yet he couldn't speak to me about it because I was unapproachable when it came to that subject. I WAS WRONG!! We have been seperated for a yr because of the wedge I allowed this to cause in my marriage. Because I didn't listen to my husband's heart. Who mind you was very remorseful and repented for what he had did. But I lived in unforgiveness which is so dangerous. I will tell you that my kids just meant their step sister about 6 months ago and they all 3 just love each other and get along so great. Which was such a HUGE relief to me. See God puts in kids something special. And I have learned that my kids watch me and see how I react. Through my yr seperation, I have learned to truely forgive and it has been a process, not easy by any means. My husband and I are setting up christian marriage counseling and working to restore our marriage and family. God is teaching me to see this sweet lil girl the way He does and giving me a love for her that I never dreamt I could have. But the way I got to where I am now is thru TOTAL surrender, not trying to fix things myself cuz I have only made a bigger mess of things. But totally surrender my marriage, myself and my husband to God saying God if it be your will then have your way because only he can turn what was meant for evil into good. My husband and I are not restored yet, but to God be the Glory we are on our way. Ask God for healing and to change your heart. Ive learned the hard way, to be forgiven you must first forgive.....even when you have been wronged....Praying for God to release miracles in your marriage and families and for complete restoration and reconcilation w each other and with God.
Romans 8:28 and Jere 29:11....two scriptures that strenthen me when I feel so weak! Blessings to you both and your families!

Hugs to your babies and to you sis. I absolutely will pray for you all. I had dinner with my friend and her children last night who was in a similar situation years ago. There is life past all the terrible situations we face and I pray that whatever Gods will is in you families life, that you are comforted with His peace and blessing for your heart and the hearts of your babies.
