This might sound a little silly but one of my biggest challenges is to save money. I can't seem to get right or have the will power to do it, every time I try to save something ALWAYS comes up where I have to dip into my savings....so now I have another bank where I put my money from my paycheck just a small percentage without a debt card....so now I've asked to give me the will power and strength not to go no where near this account.....plz pray for me !!!! Thanks

There's a difference between spending money on things that we need, and things that we don't need. When it comes to spending money on things we don't need, we have to consider how much we can afford to spend.

Proverbs 3:8-10

8It will be healing to your body And refreshment to your bones. 9Honor the LORD from your wealth And from the first of all your produce; 10So your barns will be filled with plenty And your vats will overflow with new wine.…
Tithing the first fruits of all our income, with set you free financially. As this is how we truly learn how to Trust the Lord with our finances, when we honor Him with tithing. If all you have faith for is $5.00 to tithe monthly, then this will be the beginning of the overflow of blessing the Lord will bring you. In fact, honoring the Lord in every area of our lives, will bring strength & peace. I tried for years to manage my own finances without honoring the Lord in tithing. I always seem to have worry & frustration with regards to having enough money to pay bills, trying to save money, etc... When I finally learned this powerful principal of tithing, it has set me Free financially & in so many other areas of my life. The word says to tithe the first 10% of all your income & as we honor the Lord, He blesses us, but He does require that we learn how to become "good stewards" of all the He has entrusted us with. I have learned that ALL of my finances belong to the Lord, and He has entrusted me to be a "good steward" or manage all He has blessed my life with. This is true for our homes, cars, family and all others things that are part of our lives.
Malachi 3:10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do," says the LORD of Heaven's Armies, "I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!

Well, one thing.... it takes a bit of knowledge, some discipline, and a lot of "doing", not just some prayer.

i don't know if you tithe but that's a foundation i believe in. so i hope you do. i pray the Lord bless you financially, i pray your cup run over and you see blessings. my firstborn son included tithing in a prayer list to me, he honors christian principles but is an accountant, the biggest scrooges. it wont work till ya let that 10% go.
