Father in heaven, we glorify your name! You have control of situations we are experiencing. You allow things to happen for a reason. Father we ask that you take control in this situation and that your will be done. I pray that yode will completely recover.You are our healer and we trust you. In Jesus name, amen.

Father God I prayer for this situation, that yode will be able to give up his concerns, his disappointment, any anger he feels any sense of injustice and hand it all to you. Lord that he would know that you are fully aware of his situation and that he would just sense your peace and love towards him.
I prayer that supernatural healing would take place in yode and that you would work in this situation to bring about your justice and your perfect will.
I prayer that another job offer will quickly be made and that yode through this, will know that God is good.
yoda can I just say something, I don't know if this is correct (and feel free to tell me if this is wrong), but while typing this I just got a sense that you are feeling deeply aggrieved by all of this and are finding it hard to let that emotion go. But you need to just let it go and let God your heavenly father work out this situation on your behalf. You need to let Him fight this battle for you and you need to do this by praying and trusting God that he knows best and let go of any ill feelings you might have towards your employer.
