I am new to this site but found it yesterday on Christmas Day. I tried to be joyful through the day even though I am fighting Depression and have Lupus and Fibromyalgia. I live with my husband and father and both of them have their own issues as well. We just moved here and my husband is a bit down because of all the long hours and hard work and my father is 80 years old and has been diagnosed as being a Paranoid schziphriac and he just thinks people are out to get him. We took him in to live with us about four months ago because he wasn't eating right and he will not take medicine for his condition. Lately, he seems to be getting worse and my husband is getting very irritated with him and we do not have the money to get him into another place. We just need prayers to help things get better in our home so we can be happy again. Thank you all and God Bless!

Dear Child of God, thank you for coming for prayer! I know it is hard to be coping as you are with all that is happening but nothing truly lasts forever. The tests you are currently undergoing are designed to give you more Strength and understanding and greater Faith in God. Sometimes things seem unbearable but it is in those moments that your heart lights up to the fact that you are not alone, that Jesus is right there with you and that you are not expected to do more than you are able. But try you must as that is the way most spiritual tests are designed.

I know you can make it and that you will! But you have to also believe that for yourself. The Bible tells us that with a little faith great mountains (problems in our life) can be moved. And so it all starts with the realization that you are able to cope and get past this stage in your life and emerge that much more enlightened by the experience! Compassion is what is needed right now in your household for all parties concerned. They too are being given a test of their faith as well as a great opportunity to show God how capable they are at handling that which they must. So, when the hour grows dark and you feel weary, just turn to God and see the Light in His words and let that be a lamp unto your feet.

I will certainly pray for you and for your healing, dear one! May God bless you and your family. I know you can all come together in peace and harmony and maintain a good loving home for all concerned.

My family went through a similar situation with my grandmother (she has very bad Dementia). I understand your frustrations and I will be praying that God provides you and your family strength to handle this situation. I will also be praying for your father. God bless you!

A few of the people here have similar health issues, and I know they seek the Lord with empathy! ♥

I will seek the Lord, too, for you and your husband and your dad.
I'm sorry for these troubles, and I know the Lord looks at you with so much compassion.
You are very dear to him, and He is very near to you. :)
I am asking for God's strength for you, and for His wisdom, and for so much grace.
And I believe those things are yours. ♥
