Hi folks, can you pray for my elderly Aunt who is 77 , I live with her and am her carer.
She tripped in the house on Thurs evening and fell against a wall dislocating her right shoulder.
She is at home, the hospital did not need to keep her in overnight, she is bruised but there are no
other injuries. But she has some mobility issues and especially now that her right arm cannot be properly used
it is causing her some problems.
Please prayer for a quick recovery both from the injury and the bruising and that she will not feel frustrated or
that she is a burden.
Answered prayer so far
1) Despite going approx 40 hours with only 2 hours sleep, I did not feel tired at all and was able
to do what I needed to do.
2) The shoulder went back into place within seconds and it was so quick that my Aunt did not need any
pain relief. Even the Hospital staff were surprised, when she said "yes you are almost there" instead of her screaming
in pain.
3) Despite being extremely short staffed at work, they agreed I could take Friday off and all of the following week
to look after her.
4) A large cheque refund for our gas supply which I have been chasing up since October last year, arrived two days
just before the accident. God must have known when the money would be most needed.
5) She has another hospital appointment on Monday and I have arranged patient transport. Usually relatives are not
allowed to use this transport to go to hospital with the patient. But they have said I can go with her in it.
Thanks
