PRAYER AND FASTING PROGRAMME
(Hour to pray: midnight, noon, six and nine)
DAY 1. Partial Fast (Morning up to noon)
Ps 5:4 For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, nor shall evil dwell with You.
Ps 15:1-5 LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart. In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the LORD; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change. Read the above verses and any that the Lord will lead you to which will make to repent.
• Kneel before the Lord in repentance. You must accept that you have sinned against God and you have hurt him. You deserve his mercy. You are a candidate of hell.
• Repent of any sexually immoral sin you have engaged in. Mention the sins one by one. For example, Father i’m so sorry for engaging in a sexual sin with _________, forgive me in Jesus name. Wash and cleanse me from such iniquity. Forgive me father for having been watching pornographic material. I realize this is a sin before you. I need your mercy, forgive me please.
• Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you any sin that you haven’t confessed. Repent of other sins you have involved yourself in even if they have no relation with porn (any sin is a reproach to God)
• Renounce your sins. In case you have had an ungodly group you have been associated with, renounce it in Jesus name. Pray as follows
• Father I repent for my involvement with _________ group (mention it)
• I repent of being involved in porn and masturbation.
• Holy father, forgive me and wash and cleanse me by the blood of Jesus Christ.
• I reject any property in my possession that is wicked in Jesus name
• I bind every wicked spirit, powers and authorities associated with this group in Jesus name. I cast them away now in Jesus name
• I appropriate the blood of Jesus to cleanse me from any sexually immoral behaviour in Jesus name
• I renounce every curse on my eyes, stomach/womb, my body, my feet, my hands and my sexual members/organs in Jesus name.

DAY 2. Partial Fast (Morning up to 3pm)
Take time to sing and worship the Lord. Decree the following with audible voice (Rom 10:10). Say aloud the following and appropriate the verses to suit your situation. Remember it is only God who can help you out.
