Hey all. My life seems to be stuck in a stalemate. Not good or not bad. But i feel i am spritually and emotionally and physically just need a boost or recharge. Or something to get me out of this rut and back into gods arms (went to chours tonight and didnt have the heart to sing. I usually love to sing but couldnt find the energy or the spirit to try.) So just pray that i can come out of this sprituail rut.
Thanks

Wouldn't it be wonderfull for things just to fall out of the sky, just for asking. God made a real world, and we need to be realistic. He's given us all the right ways to go, and his word, but is it applyied to the spirit. Christianity could be a name game, like playing church. Religion is not Relationship. Getting real with the one who said he will never leave you, is talking to him, believing his word and that he hears, and will answer, deliver, and heal. Manna fell out of the sky to feed many once. If they didn't take it, they would be hungry, and weak. Same thing with the word, it needs to be taken and applied, some people are bulimic, reading it, then vomiting it out. Lord this brother loves you Lord, and wants to serve you, "let the light of thy spirit break the darkness in his spirit, in Jesus name. amen

Philippians 4:4 ) Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 .) Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 .) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 .) And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

.......praying that God will awaken your spirit........

Praying you will find your way out of these doldrums. I know reading my Bible has always snapped me out of this kind of ennui. Let us know if you feel better, too.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! " 2 Cor. 5:17

God loves you, and sometimes the gray days are the ones that compel us to move closer to Christ than the happy ones.
