Prayer for career direction

For about 5 years I have felt The Lord preparing me for something. I make a good living. Office politics as leaders prepare to retire and others play to get promoted, are frustrating. Recently I learned of a reorg where I will report to someone who openly dislikes men (just fact, no victim mentality from me). Mentally and Spiritually I know The Lord will take care of my family and myself; however, as a human I want to be in control, am scare, and discouraged. I am considering buying/starting a business or changing jobs.

I ask for prayers of discernment, obedience, and hearing/accepting His great plan is. Then to trust Him until he reveals it.

I understand the need to be in control. I feel it in myself, though in different circumstances. I pray that you (and I!) may re-learn and remember that the control is the Lord's. I have come to understand that we need to remember that this is not a bad thing, because we are also loved. Amen.

I understand so well, as facing something simular.
All I can tell you is that as difficult as it may seem, in faith trust all to God Our Father, even if you have to keep saying it many times each day in prayer.
For His work, understanding and love is so much higher than ours, and He will bring what is best.
