Ok ....you can do this.....one of the things that help me with pain......besides prayer...is elevation....
try to keep your wrist above your heart........it helped with the throbbing....and of course your in my daily prayers...
So sorry my friend...but we both know it aint over till God says so.......

I've been told I don't need surgery, i am not seeing an orthopedic surgeon, just a physiatrist, and not for another week. I just wish i knew why I hand no pain after the reduction for 48 hours, and now excruciating pain, and the ER doc told me my radius was in pieces and needed surgery.

I am also really down emotionally, which is to be expected, I guess.

so, they did a closed reduction in the ED??

if so, was an x-ray taken afterward?

How big s the problem for you? How small is our faith in you? How hard for you to heal us? How easy for us to lose courage? Is anything too hard for you, O Lord?

Nothing is too hard and impossible for you! Nothing can separate us from your love! Pain, discouragement, trouble, hardship, troublemaker, nothing and no one can ever make us drift away from your love!

We acknowledge your power and glory for Angela's recovery and we stand in awe! ALL FOR YOUR GLORY in JESUS name we pray, AMEN!
