If you seek His word and ask for spiritual understanding. He will make you a leader.
And you will succeed in all that you do...but you have to pray, read the word and talk to God.

As for fitting in the world I'm not sure if anyone ever does. It has too high demands. Remember that if you genuinely do what you can, and you do it in love, that is what matters in the long run. It takes time to figure out stuff.

the most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives,
some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don’t.
