Hi Angela God bless you and prayers for you hang in there girl.

Don't you have a doctor you can call out to you?
Seems you've tried a lot of the traditional methods to ease the pain.
But can I ask something honestly?
Have you tried giving God thanks for it too?
Sometimes to relieve pain, we just need to get a different perspective of that pain that we have. It's how martial artists get through the pain barrier, or how divers are able to hold their breath for longer. By moving their thoughts away from the pain and focusing on it and focusing on something much bigger instead. Like God.
I know it might not sound like what you want to hear right now lol but sometimes, I just feel like I have to say things anyway despite trying to be a sensitive man at the same time if I feel like they might help. It's just advice, you can take it or leave it, but I know that it works.
If you have to, go to a quiet place and try to sit in a comfortable position and get into prayer with God. Give Him thanks for everything you have, the current breath in your lungs to all the other good things you have in your life that you value as good like other people, your family, friends, church group, cat, dog, memories etc (anything that makes you happy). The point is, spend quiet time with God who is MUCH bigger than your problems! And by doing so, your mind will not be focusing on the pain but on God and his love and happiness that He has for you in store. Which is so much btw that even all the pain and the suffering that ever has been or will come will be so small that it will pale into complete insignificance compared to all the thoughts and plans that God has for us!
So yeah, minimize / maximize. Minimize the pain by maximizing on God who is bigger. Whether that be in prayer in a quite place or doing something that takes your mind off the pain and into a better place!
Hope you find this useful.
Regards.
Rudi.
