So the application is still in my hands. I'm waiting on some documents that have to be included with the application and I'm at the mercy of the county court house. So I wait! Still thinking about all the possible outcomes and praying for the best, but I wonder about having a long distance marriage. I know a lot of people do it and although not ideal, they do make it work. Not meaning to shoot myself in the foot before the race starts, but how can I not think ahead. Anyways... just rambling again! 
In this long drawn out waiting game, I signed up for email updates from Immigration. Come to find out.. they sent an email stating I need to send a form and pay the required fee to make a request of reconsideration on a previously approved visa. All this time wasted once again. Mailing the form out tomorrow... please keep us in your prayers.

All i've received so far is a receipt stating they got our money and I'm assuming the process has started. Not sure how long it will be before we hear more from this again.
May 23 is our marriage anniversary. 10 years!!! I was hoping to have more info before then, but looks like its not quite time yet.

I received a letter from Immigration today stating that we are not eligible to have our case re-opened. It states we waited too long and now have to start over. The money we sent with the application ($400) is basically lost. At this point we have to start from scratch and submit all new paperwork. It will be as if we never applied before. This is a huge blow. My husband and I had a breakthrough the other day in our relationship and now this! It's as if the devil knows what to send our way to makes us weak. Which in fact he does. Anyways, at this point we need to gather our paperwork AGAIN and save money to submit the applications again. Please continue to pray for us.
