pray for me for i have nodice a change in me... pray for me which i have rapidly snap in anger... i have been swearing when i dont... i have been violently responding breaking doors down with a burst of anger inside of me. please help me... my soul crys out for prayers and JESUS CHRIST. i am thirsty and hungry... i am confused... and stuck.... i need a hand no human can offer or give... please help me my LORD king of all kings... do not hide from me because of my wrong doings nore give up on me for my constant slack of apologies i keep doing over and over for my temptation has been eating my flesh slowly but you can help me my rock my refuge my only salvation! :'(

try findind positive ways of getting rid of the energy, that way, when you get anger, perhaps you at least can keep your actions under control.
Kicking doors etc is probably a "learned reflex", you are getting used to it, so your body does it automatically? Try replacing it with something else

Lord God i thank you for living beyond love's soul i thank you God for everything that you will do in there life. We bind the strongman that is causing this anger and loose the Holy spirit to rule and rain over their life where they will have as JESUS gives the world. God bless you

God shelter us in the shelter of thy wings... keep us this day, one day at a time from indulging the passion of wrath.. help us to control ourselves and to have peace. Help us to channel our anger into good things, help us use our anger for the conquering and hate of sin so we can stop sinning and evermore enter into thy love and generous loving-kindness.
