It seems that sometimes, online or offline, I run across Christians who get into heated arguments over who understands the Bible better, or who interprets Scripture the right way. Chastising each other, with unkind words. It's one thing to correct someone, but do it in love. Because that is how Jesus corrects us, in love. It's sad sometimes to watch debates where name calling and such comes into it.

May we all try harder to be kind and loving towards each other, even in correction.

Yes, may we all try harder to be kind and loving towards each other, even in correction. :)

Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." 15 But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another!

Love is always the 'give-a-way', when you truly love someone and show them your
true Love for them and then they 'turn-you-off' for some personal reason of their own,
instead of following Christ's Commands, then their true 'colors' come shining through.
it can be an heart-breaker, but it must always teach us how to Love more, those who
have not yet learned this most valuable lesson that Christ does His very best to teach
us throughout the whole Bible...

Such a kind response! You're right, we can always choose to love more. We shouldn't let the world make us harsh, and unloving. Following Christ teaches us these great things, and we need the reminders sometimes.

Jesus, remind us all you came to die for us all, that none of us deserve your
saving grace. Help us to remember that and to treat each other with love
and understanding as we learn together.

Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the lords servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone. 2 Timothy 2:23-24. NIV
